The room was great. Located on the 2nd floor we had a balcony facing the mountain and with a view of the gondola. The location of the hotel was fantastic, it was perfect for a walk to explore the surroundings and only a 2 minute walk to the ski lift. It was also next door to a ski equipment store for which the hotel gives you a 10% discount! The breakfast offered various choices and respected health measures by offering different time slots to avoid over crowding. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. There is a large lounge area and bar with snacks near the pool table which offers a great view of the snowfall.

The breakfast offered various choices and respected health measures by offering different time slots to avoid over crowding. The room was great and offered both bath and shower options. A nice surprise was having a coffee machine and a little extra room with a couch which was also a pullout bed. The room also had two TV's which offered both Spanish and French channels. The hotel location is great and allows for lovely walks to discover the surroundings.

Really great staff, helpful and friendly. Great location, minutes walk to the ski lifts and shop for equipment hire. Food was also good with more than enough options (buffet) for breakfast and dinner.

It is perfectly placed in La Massana, near parks, main street and bus stop. The breakfast was really good.

The location of the hotel in relation to the ski lift was fabulous. I honestly didn't realise when I booked it that they were right on top of each other. The rooms were fabulous, though the bath stopper in one room was broken so we couldn't use the tub, and the beds were super comfy. The staff at the hotel were also amazing, they did everything in their power to make sure we had a good stay.
